Effective August 28, 2026
Refund and cancellation policy
Before work begins
The Customer may cancel for a full refund before GO Storefronts begins discovery, design, migration, integration, or other project work.
After work begins
If the Customer cancels after work begins, any refund will exclude the reasonable value of completed work and any nonrecoverable third-party cost the Customer previously approved. Any unused balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
After storefront transfer
The purchase is not refundable after the completed storefront is transferred to the Customer, except when GO Storefronts fails to deliver the agreed scope or when applicable law requires another remedy.
Customer delays and scope changes
A delay in providing assets, access, product data, feedback, or approvals does not by itself create refund eligibility. Work outside the agreed scope requires separate written approval and does not reduce the value of completed base-scope work.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email admin@gradeoptic.com with the business name, purchaser name, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
Effect on onboarding access
A full refund may close the associated onboarding workspace and stop remaining work. Project records needed for accounting, consent, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance may be retained under the Privacy Notice.
