Payment terms

GO Storefronts is operated by Summit National Holdings as part of the Grade Optic portfolio. Questions about a purchase may be sent to admin@gradeoptic.com.

One-time purchase

The GO Live Storefront is a one-time service purchase of $1,995 USD. Completing checkout does not enroll the Customer in recurring support, automatic renewal, or any subscription.

Included service

Brand-adapted Shopify storefront, homepage, catalog presentation, product-page template, cart, and checkout connection
Up to 250 clean, import-ready catalog items supplied in the required format
One consolidated revision round
Basic team training and ownership transfer
Thirty consecutive days of launch support beginning at production launch or ownership handoff, whichever occurs first
Immediate access to the secure Shopify and bulk-inventory intake workspace after confirmed payment

Catalog-item definition

Each product or variant import row counts as one catalog item. Source files must include stable SKU or handle identifiers, accurate product data, and usable image URLs or correctly keyed image files.

Separate costs and work

Catalog migration beyond 250 items, duplicate resolution, missing identifiers, variant reconstruction, product-data cleanup, image preparation, Shopify subscriptions, domains, paid themes, paid apps, advertising, and advanced integrations are outside the base purchase unless separately quoted and accepted.

Payment and fulfillment

The full amount shown by Stripe is due at checkout. Work begins after signed payment confirmation and receipt of the required onboarding information, access, assets, and approvals. The project schedule begins when the required materials are complete. Customer delays or scope changes may adjust that schedule.

Promotion codes and taxes

An eligible promotion code changes only the amount shown by Stripe for the purchase to which it applies. It does not change the purchased scope unless stated in writing. Any tax required and configured for collection will be shown before payment.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Customers should contact admin@gradeoptic.com before filing a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed promptly.

Other terms

The Service Agreement and Privacy Notice are incorporated into these Payment Terms. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
